Maiden Electronics CC is a business in the Electronics and Backup Power industry that markets a range of UPS Systems, Inverters, Batteries, UPS, Solar and other Backup / Mobile Power Supplies.

Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of email/telephone.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Maiden Electronics CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Maiden Electronics CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders not yet dispatched/processed will attract a R500 / 5% (which ever is greater) of the total order cancellation fee. Returns of items already processed/received will attract a R500 / 5% (which ever is greater) of order fee return fee. Returns Policy varies according to product. All products containing batteries may not be returned unless under warrantee or at the discretion of Maiden Electronics. All other products can be returned within 7 days provided that all packaging is in tact and in original condition. Shipping costs are payable by the client even if the return is under warrantee. The client is responsible for returning goods delivered to our stipulated address within 7 days in their original condition and original packaging. Failure to do this within 7 days will result in no refund at all. Successful returns will be refunded less 5% / R500 which ever is greater. All refunds will be made via EFT at month end. Maiden Electronics will determine if any faults or damages are deemed under warrantee. Please read the warrantee hereto avoid misunderstandings.

Customer Privacy Policy

Maiden Electronics CC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Payfast, Bank deposit or Bank transfer into the Maiden Electronics CC bank account, the details of which are available on order or request. We also accept Debit Cards and Cash on Collection. Payments are deemed received when they reflect as cleared in our bank account. Credit Cards are no longer accepted due to repeated fraud attempts.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Maiden Electronics CC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 69 Maple Rd, Kyalami AH, Johannesburg, South Africa, 1684.

Variation

Maiden Electronics CC may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
