Maiden Electronics has a small branch in Zimbabwe. Some of our products are stocked in Harare, some are not. You can either buy products available in stock directly from the Harare Branch, or order goods which we will export directly to you in Harare.

How to order :- You can order online on this website, or directly through email or telephone :-

How to pay :- You can pay directly to our SA bank account via transfer or bank deposit from anywhere in the world. You can also pay in USD or ZAR cash in Harare. Payment must be received in full and cleared before orders can be processed. Please note that all bank fees for transfers are for the buyers account.

Orders for items that are not stocked in Harare will take approx. 2 weeks from receipt of payment. Unfortunately sometimes this lead time is extended if there are problems encountered. Goods will be delivered directly to your door. Any problems with products will be dealt with by the SA branch with the Zim branch acting on our behalf in Zimbabwe. Goods for repair will come to SA for repair under warrantee.

I know Zimbabweans are always looking for the best deal! Remember that goods you receive in Harare have been subject to several costly steps to get there.

  • Prepare Export Documentation
  • Deliver to Shipper
  • Road Transport to Border
  • Clearance with SA Customs
  • Clearance with Zim Customs !!!
  • Duties and VAT to Zimra (This is payable in US$ and ranges from 40-100%)
  • Clearing Agents Fees
  • Road Transport to Harare
  • Off loading at central warehouse
  • Sorting and reloading for delivery
  • Delivery to you!

Your goods are obviously going to cost more when you compare with prices in SA.
