Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of booking Number.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Maiden Electronics CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Maiden Electronics CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a R500 or 5% of the total order (whichever is greater) administration fee. Returns Policy varies according ro product. All products containing batteries cannot be returned unless under warrantee. All other products can be returned within 7 days provided that all packaging is in tack and in original condition. Shipping costs are payable by the client unless the return is under warrantee. Maiden Electronics will determine if any faults or damages are deemed under warrantee. Any returns not under warrantee will attract a R500 or 5% of the total order (whichever is greater) administration fee. Please read the warrantee here to avoid misunderstandings.

Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Maiden Electronics CC bank account, the details of which are available on request.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Maiden Electronics CC by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for ABSA of South Africa.
