Yes. All our products come with a one year standard warrantee. You can see the full warrantee under the FAQ & Technical Help section.

All products can be returned provided the return is made within 7 days and the item(s) are in the original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for returning the goods to our stipulated address at their own cost within the 7 days. Failure to do this will result in no refund. Successfull returns attract a ZAR500 administration fee + 10% of purchase price! (For orders under R5000, ony 10% will be charged) Please be sure you are purchasing the correct items to avoid this cost! Refunds will only take place via EFT at month end. Returns may also be refused if it is suspected that batteries have been used.

We endevour to deliver to your door within 7 days. However, if payment does not clear within 2 days this could delay delivery.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the province of the delivery address. Shipping costs on returns is also for the customer to pay.

The prices on this site include 14% VAT for SA users. For users outside SA, prices do not include VAT.

We can export any order to you. Contact us and we will quote you for shipping costs.
