Can I Return or Exchange My Purchase?
All products can be returned provided the return is made within 7 days and the item(s) are in the original condition and packaging. Returns attract a ZAR500 administration fee!

How Long Does Delivery Take?
We endevour to deliver to your door within 7 days. However, if payment does not clear within 2 days this could delay delivery.

What about Shipping Charges?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the province of the delivery address. Shipping costs on returns is also for the customer to pay.

What About VAT?
The prices on this site include 14% VAT for SA users. For users outside SA, prices do not include VAT.

Exports - Can I Buy From Outside SA?
We can export any order to you. Contact us and we will quote you for shipping costs.
