Return Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to our stipulated address at your own cost.
Returns not under warranty attract a ZAR500 +10% of item invoiced price Return Fee. Where invoice was under R5000, only 10% will be charged.
Shipping costs for returned goods are not covered unless the return is under warrantee.
Customer is responsible for returning goods directly to our stipulated address within 7 days in original condition and original packaging. Failure to do this will result in no refund.
Refunds (less charges) are made at month end via EFT.
